318 Accounting Executives signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) in March 2016 which will see students in the Accounting and Business Management sector gaining practical experience through internship at its facilities.
The 318 Accounting Executives internship program provides university/college students with guaranteed internship placement in premier Accounting internships. Accounting internships are crucial for any student looking to become a professional accountant. Working in an Accounting Internship typically involves supporting either one or a variety of departments with their tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, budgeting, cost debiting/crediting, financial statements, and payroll while utilizing accounting computer software packages, spreadsheet programs, and a wide variety of general office skills.
The work experience and opportunity to interact with potential / prospective employers facilitates the transitional phase for those who will be applying for permanent employment. Therefore, undergraduates are required to participate in an internship programme before completing their course of studies.

318 Accounting Executives fees are based on time spent on a client’s affairs. We use Jetpack Workflow (Practice Management System) software, one of the most modern and advanced systems available.
Each staff member is required to complete a daily time sheet, stating the time spent on each client’s tasks – this forms the basis of our charges.
The charges are calculated by multiplying the time spent with a specific hourly rate. The rates we apply vary from staff member to staff member, depending on the skill required to perform a certain task and range from N$350 to N$1200 excl VAT.
Please note that we subscribe to quality work principles; and therefore do not compete on price but rather on service delivery.
On completion of an assignment, we will invoice the client and fees are payable on presentation of invoice. In the case of assignments that stretch over extended periods of time or where the client is not forthcoming with information requested, we may issue interim invoices.
